The latest Historic House project is a 1920’s arts and crafts style home called Hosta House. Hosta House with its abundant shade gardens will be in construction during the fall and winter of 2004-5.
During the next six months, we will be planning the addition of a first floor master bedroom and bath,
reconfiguring and renovating the kitchen and the downstairs hall bath. We will add a pool and terrace.
Follow our progress as we develop a short- and long-term renovation plan. The long-term plan will also include a future second master bedroom and bath on the second floor and a pool house.
